Service Description
A deeper, personalised breathwork experience in a calm and supportive space. Your 90-minute session begins with time to connect with intention practices. We’ll move into a guided breathwork practice, supported by somatic techniques, sound healing, reiki and space for integration afterwards. The additional time allows us to slow down, go deeper into the practice and give you space to reflect and reconnect with what comes up. No previous breathwork experience is required. 90 minutes | In person
Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required if you’re not paying for your session in full at the time of booking. This is taken off the full price of your booking. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable and the deposit/payment will be retained. Thank you for respecting the time set aside for you and for allowing me to offer the same consideration to others. 🤍
