Not sure if we’re the right fit? Let’s chat. This free 15-minute call is a chance for us to connect, talk about what’s currently going on for you and what you’d like support with. We’ll explore what you’re looking for and whether one of my 1:1 sessions feels like the right fit for you. There’s no pressure and no expectation to book — just a quick conversation to see if we’re a good match. Come as you are. Bring your questions. We’ll take it from there.
Cancellation Policy
A little note about bookings 🤍 I completely understand that life happens, so if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Please email Hello@jadelyell.com.au or text 0422255983. Please note that the 24-hour notice period is based on Queensland, Australia time (AEST), so please keep this in mind if you’re booking from another time zone. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged at the full session rate. If you need to make a change, please reach out as soon as you can and I’ll always do my best to accommodate you where possible. Running late? You’ll have a 10-minute grace period if you’re running late. After 10 minutes, your session will still finish at the originally scheduled time, meaning the remaining time will be reduced.
