About

My work comes from a long-standing interest in human development, health and wellness. I am particularly interested in how trauma shapes patterns, how the body adapts to stress, how we can rewire the brain through neuroscience and what it takes to make shifts in a sustainable way.

Purpose

Helping people feel and function better by improving how their mind and body work together.

Mission

I work with high-performing people and women to support their nervous system, reconnect them with their body, and create more ease in how they move through everyday life

Vision

A soft space to land in a loud world, where high-performing people and women can slow down, feel supported and create a lifestyle that elevates their long-term health and well-being.

My story & why.

Understanding how stress lives in the body changed everything...

My work focuses on helping people understand what is happening in their bodies so their symptoms and patterns start to make sense and begin to shift.

I didn’t come to this work from theory alone.

I understand what it feels like to operate in high stress, to push through, and to feel disconnected from your body while still functioning on the outside.

Over time, I began to understand how these patterns don’t just sit in the mind; they live in the body and shape how we move through life.

From a young age, I experienced significant adversity that shaped the way my nervous system adapted to stress and responded. What looked like high-functioning behaviour on the outside was often driven by hypervigilance and constant doing.

Beneath that was chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, inflammation and coping strategies that kept me disconnected from what I was actually experiencing.

This was my norm for many years. I learned how to survive, but I also got stuck there.

Over time, I became less interested in fixing symptoms and more interested in understanding what was happening underneath. That shift changed everything because how we think, feel, and respond is deeply shaped by the state of our bodies.

I now work with people who:

  • feel constantly overwhelmed or on edge

  • struggle to slow down or fully rest

  • feel disconnected from their body

  • are stuck in cycles of stress, burnout, or emotional shutdown

Alongside my lived experience, I have over a decade of experience as a Trauma-Informed Youth Worker in education and mental health settings.

I’ve trained in 700+ hours of yoga, breathwork, and nervous system practices, and I am currently studying osteopathy, deepening my understanding of structure, function, and physiology.

This integration of lived experience and scientific understanding allows me to work in a practical, grounded, and embodied way.

I don’t separate mind, body, and emotion—I work with them as one interconnected system.

My work explores:

  • How the body holds stress patterns

  • How those patterns shape thoughts, behaviours, and emotions

  • How to make lasting change through awareness, breath, movement, and evidence-based tools

The body is the key to how well you live, adapt, and move through life. When you start working with it, not against it; everything begins to change.

If this resonates, you’re welcome to explore working together.
